What are the attractions of Padel?
The smaller court size caters to people’s desire to score more points. It also requires people to be more creative and perseverance to play the winning ball. Skilled players can switch positions in 3 minutes. This requires more continuous movement, technical use and teamwork among players. The technicality of the game is slightly lower than that of tennis. But like tennis players, they need the coordination of trained hands/eyes and racket/ball. Therefore, from tennis to this type of sports, there are many factors that can be used for reference. Experienced traditional tennis players can directly enter the intermediate stage of Padel tennis learning.
The area between the bottom line and the service line is called the backcourt. The area between the service line and the net is called the frontcourt. The front court is divided into two serving courts, the left and right half serving courts. The area between the edge and the alley line is called the alley, sometimes also called tram lines. There is 8 feet of space between each bottom line and rear barrier, and 5 feet of space between each side line and side barriers. These spaces are part of the tennis platform, but not part of the court.
In the near future, whether you are an athlete or an elderly participant, or you are a disabled participant. As long as you have gone through simple learning, as long as you use your brain, you can enjoy Padel with your friends.
